From product exec to CEO, and everything I learned on the way.

I'm a digital product executive, founder and advisor with 17+ years leading FinTech and marketplace products for companies like eBay, CBA x15 Ventures and ASB. My roots are in app development and design in Germany, so I bring a mix of technical expertise, commercial acumen and pragmatic business leadership.

Today I'm CEO and Co-Founder of Bizzy, NZ's largest online marketplace for business lending. I'm deeply committed to giving business owners better access to capital through technology. Before Bizzy, I was VP of Product at Roam Digital, part of the leadership team that drove the company's growth and its acquisition by Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX), a global technology group.

Through InsightsDriven, I teach timeless product management and business skills for the modern product builder. I write a Substack read by tech leaders around the world, speak at product conferences, and run workshops for teams at Visa, Westpac and WooliesX. My book, The Insights Driven Product Manager, was a #1 New Release on Amazon and a 2025 Mind the Product Top Resource. I also built insightspec.ai, your product analytics helper, which has just launched.
